Online Tickets Purchase Terms & Conditions

• Tickets are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable.
• You will receive your ticket by email, to keep on your phone or print out.
• Your Many Magna Returns annual pass runs from the date of purchase of your ticket.
• Collect your Many Magna Returns annual pass card at reception on your first visit to Magna. At busy times we may ask you to do this at the end of the day.
• We will take a photo when you collect your annual pass card, so we know it’s you on your next visit.
• If you forget to collect your annual pass card on your first visit you can do this on your next visit, but you need to bring with you: the original ticket and some photo ID for the person named on the ticket.
• If you cannot visit on your selected date, you can use your ticket for entry on another day, you do not need to re-book online, just arrive at Magna and show your ticket. Your annual pass will run for 12 months from the date of original ticket purchase.
• Promotional and discounted tickets are only available on the day at Magna’s reception.
• Magna operates seasonal opening hours.
• All children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 16.
• Please be aware that Magna is now a cashless venue.

 

Anual Pass Holders Return Visits Terms & Conditions

• If you have one of Magna’s old paper annual passes, please continue to re-visit as normal, you are not able to book online.
• Your Many Magna Returns annual pass runs for 12 months from the date of original ticket purchase.
• Your annual pass is non-transferable, only the people on the original ticket are entitled to free entry with the pass.
• Bring your Many Magna Returns Card with you on each visit, it will be scanned at reception.
• If you forget your card, you need to provide photo ID for the main annual pass holder.
• If you cannot re-visit on your selected date, you can use your return ticket for entry on another day, you do not need to book again online, but your annual pass must still be valid on the day of your visit.
• Lost Many Magna Returns cards are replaceable at a nominal charge, please ask at reception.
• If you forgot to collect your Many Magna Returns card on your first visit you can do this on your next visit, but you must then bring with you: the original ticket and some photo ID for the person named on the ticket. This cannot be booked online, please ask at reception.
