Doors open at 4pm
Show starts - 5pm
Mid Show interval - 5.45pm
Show resumes - 6.05pm
- Tickets and Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given under any circumstances, including non-attendance, late arrival, or changes to the event schedule.
In the event of cancellation by the Venue or Event Organiser, refunds will be given (minus the booking fee).
Tickets are only valid for the date and time stated on the ticket.
- Accessibility:
The venue is wheelchair accessible. Accessible seating is available for the event, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact info@magnatrust.co.uk if you have any specific access requirements.

Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult(18+) at all times.
- Animals
Only working assistance animals and emotional support animals (such as guide dogs or hearing dogs) are permitted within the venue. No other animals are allowed.

The organisers reserve the right to alter, reschedule, or amend any aspect of the event, including entertainment, layout, and timings, without prior notice if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.
- Venue Rules
The event is held at Magna Science Adventure Centre, which is a working venue with industrial features. Visitors are asked to act responsibly and follow all safety signage and staff instructions.
No externally purchased food or drink is allowed at the venue. Our café will be open from 4pm serving snacks and hot meals.

Snacks and drinks will be available in the main hall at the interval.
Bag searches will be conducted upon entry.
- Liability
Attendance at the event is at your own risk. The organisers, venue, and associated partners accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except where caused by their negligence.
