Rotherham Real Ale and Music Festival at Magna – Terms and Conditions
- Tickets and Refunds
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given under any circumstances, including non-attendance, late arrival, or changes to the event schedule.
- In the event of cancellation by the Venue or Event Organiser, refunds will be given (minus the booking fee).
- Tickets are only valid for the date and time stated on the ticket.
- Entry Requirements
- The festival operates a strict Challenge 25 policy. All attendees must bring valid photo identification (passport, driving licence, or PASS card) to gain entry.
- No entry will be permitted to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, regardless of whether a ticket has been purchased.
- Under 18s are permitted during the daytime sessions only and must leave the venue by 6:00pm. They must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- The organisers and security staff reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the premises without refund if behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or in breach of these terms.
- Animals
- Only working assistance animals and emotional support animals (such as guide dogs or hearing dogs) are permitted within the venue. No other animals are allowed.
- Event Changes
- The organisers reserve the right to alter, reschedule, or amend any aspect of the event, including entertainment, layout, and timings, without prior notice if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.
- Venue Rules
- The event is held at Magna Science Adventure Centre, which is a working venue with industrial features. Visitors are asked to act responsibly and follow all safety signage and staff instructions.
- Patrons are not permitted to bring their own food or alcohol into the venue.
- Bag searches will be conducted upon entry.
- Liability
- Attendance at the festival is at your own risk. The organisers, venue, and associated partners accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except where caused by their negligence.
